Do You believe Jesus Heals?

The world is being inflicted with physical and spiritual ailments more than we've ever known.

As humanity searches for knowledge from forbidden sources, the danger and threat to human existence from the kingdom of darkness seems to be on the increase.

If people have not paid much attention to what is happening spiritually, it would be easy to play down and doubt this statement. But an open mind that is passionate towards humanity, desiring to see people flourish--be in health with sound mind-- cannot help but notice the destructive activities. The weapon seems to be in the hands of those with power and ability to wield it.

The way people seem to turn against one another, sometimes complete strangers for no reason, is a sign the soul is corrupted.

Unfortunately, all this is happening at a time humanity claims to have greatly advanced.

But the question we should ask is why our physical and mental wellbeing that should be of great significance as we advance, seems to be getting a knock.

Demonic Invasion

In Genesis chapter 6:1-3, the Bible speaks of fallen angels appearing on earth and taking for themselves beautiful women. As people multiplied, so did violence and wickedness because of the activity of the fallen angels.

In 1Corinthians 10:1-11, Paul the apostle shared the account of our ancestors who journeyed through the wilderness. But because of their idolatry and unbelief, many of them died and did not make it to the Promised Land, even though they had the Presence of Christ in their midst.

"These things happened as a warning to us, so that we would not crave evil things as they did, or worship idols as some of them did...And we must not engage in sexual immorality as some of them, causing 23,000 of them to die in one day...These things happened to them as examples for us. They were written down to warn us who live at the end of the age."

Testimony: Demonic Attack

It was Friday10th of April, as I left the shop on my way home, that I felt someone walking deliberately behind, marking my steps. I kept going, hoping the person would overtake me. When it did not happen, I looked back to see who was trailing. Having seen his face, [a dark skinned man with beards and a hood], kept going.

It was then I felt a sharp pin-like prick on my skin below the shoulder blade. But I shook off whatever, and moved away from his direct shadow. As I got close to home looked back to see if he was still following. He had either gone into a property or turned into a side road.

I prayed and anointed the place with olive oil. The next day, I felt the tiny pricking of the skin had left soreness. Having experienced it before, prayed and left it in God's hand, by placing my confidence in the Word of God.

By Sunday morning, which was 12th April, the pain was faint but the sore skin remained. That afternoon, as I joined my online congregation, praised and thanked the LORD.

Before the service, while praying, I had asked the LORD to heal all who would join, online or in-person of health issues.

The worship team always encourage the congregation to lift up their hands as a sign of surrender in worship to the LORD. By the time I lowered my hands, realised the soreness was gone.

Christ is our Deliverer

The lesson here is, when in the LORD'S Presence, surrender all to Him, and let Him take the load off you. For where the Spirit of the LORD is, there's freedom.

May you know God's faithfulness today. Even where the world speaks evil of the Living God, remember, all your help is in Him.

We are in the last days when those who know their God will do great exploit.

Don't follow the world, for many have sold their souls and have become demonised.

Some are also suffering the result of wrong decisions by others.

God calls us to be holy as He is Holy.

Therefore, stay away from evil and the false promises of wealth.
