#Quality men's wear, Marks and Spencer
Update from Autumn
Although this article was written in Autumn, the encouragement to make wise decisions in choosing what we wear remains the same.
Very few people realise that what we wear matters, and it's not just to enhance physical appearances, but to promote spiritual and mental wellbeing.
It's important to choose clothes with care.
If there are images, find out what they mean, no matter how beautifully and attractively designed and presented.
The Roman and Babylonian gods were depicted by images that promoted their worship without exposing the spirits as dangerous and destructive. It was their way of hiding the spirits behind the deities.
The Bible used the image of a dragon and the snake leviathan to depict Satan. The calf for Baal, a pole for Asherah , and a star for Mollech.
However, in the Old Testament, while there were many gods, only One was the true God who was to be worshipped without an image; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
The Babylonian gods have made their way into present day fashion, as many cheap designs coming out of the far east bear images of their idols; the sorcerer's hand and eye.
We can't afford to remain ignorant when our spiritual and mental wellbeing depend on decisions and choices we make daily.
If we are identified by what we wear, then we should pay attention to images that are printed on clothes we buy.
Failure to identify the meaning of images could result in a person wearing items of clothing that influence them negatively.
When Israel left Egypt, Moses was tasked with organising those who tailored the priestly garments designed by God for Aaron and his sons.
God Himself designed the garments, chose the colours, and inspired the tailors.
It shows that what we wear is of great importance.
#Choice of Images
In olden days, and even today, images are used to present hidden messages.
#Decision by Price
Most people make their decisions based on price.
Your purchase could be the statement you make to give yourself away.
#Knowledge is Wisdom
Our safety is in seeking wisdom to safeguard our souls.
#Carelessness is Costly
We were not meant to live life without guidance. No one walks into a completely dark room without asking for light to find the way.
#Make Right Choices
Having seen a number of men in tops with images that left me concerned, decided to go window shopping for men's tops.
I went to Marks and Spencer, my favourite place for price and quality.
I found timeless classics for men.
Their Autograph range for the season had items with wholesome images, in colours and designs that are great whatever the occasion, in cotton mix and linen.
Therefore, make wise choices whatever you do and present yourself well. You are a child of the King.
