The human mind is always occupied with looking younger and more beautiful especially when we have someone we want to impress. We go all length to spend money and achieve that beautiful, smooth and radiant skin.
As children we pray to grow tall and elegant with a stylish move that would grace the catwalks of the world.
Those things are achievable, but sometimes wrong choices deprive not just us, but future generations of a good structure. It requires discipline and habits that are formed early.
What does help is eating the right food, at the right quantity and quality and embracing healthy habits. The building block for a beautiful appearance could simply be the food we eat.
If one places one skeleton next to another, they all look the same, therefore, something must have happened along the way to make people turn out different in terms of height and body mass.
The question is, What?
Except in rare cases due to illness or disease inherited at birth, everyone has the opportunity to grow into a handsome prince or a beautiful princess.
#Actions and Habits
Culturally, it was observed that people who ate a lot of starchy foods turned out different from those whose diet was more of protein and vegetables.
Eating food that is organic when compared to inorganic also has a bearing on someone's physical appearance plus long term health.
#Exercise and Water
There's so much that can be achieved by investing valuable time on our lives, what we eat, how we produce them, when we eat, how much rest we have and avoiding intoxicating substances.
Happiness is not found in getting intoxicated or using something to lift the spirits because when the effect wears out, the result is a more miserable person.
Enjoy good food and healthy drinking habits.
King Solomon in the Book of Ecclesiastes says, our benefit in life for all our hard work is to enjoy good food and drink--Ecclesiastes 2:24.
#Fruits and Vegetables
On my fruit tray are a variety of fruits. You can spoil yourself by making your own juices from apple, mango, pineapple and other choice fruits and vegetables.
#Roast Potato/Plantain
When roasting don't stop at potato, try out ripe plantain and assorted vegetables. Plantains are very healthy with natural sweetness.
Eat healthy and you'll be happy at the result and future generations will inherit good health and beautiful features.
